Location and services are super. Stayed for 3 days without any hassles. Beautiful people, very polite and respectful. Loved my stay. Would definitely recommend
Small cute guest house. Rooms were clean, geyser available. Breakfast was included. The manager was a lady, and was very responsive. Recommended for budget stays. Parking is available, road is a bit narrow.
Disgusting.. Dont go for it.. The rooms are average. Especially very harsh behaviour by the owner... We stayed for just one night cant tolerate her mannerless behaviour...ringing the room bells often, calling via intercom for silly things seems disturbing the privacy. That too with a small baby we experienced a poor service. If asked for anything she leaves things to her subordinate, only monetary side she responds. Only reason we opted for this homestay is it was the only stay available at a nominal rate during late minute of the pooja season. Also rooms are not well built we hear sounds from neighboring rooms which was highly disturbing too.
Good rooms neat and tidy.. good staff.. bathrooms are very neat and clean.. location not that good. Property is in residential area. Located in very very narrow lane...parking area inside the property is not enough.. will face problem if u have a big car like innova or similar..
Homely environment - Clean rooms - friendly people - I didn't regret spending 1.5k on the room . . The nearby area is quite good and it's just few hundred metres from poinisuk and yalana . . Would love to visit again. . But remember this is not for all those typical classy hotel lovers with fancy designs. . This one is for those people who want to feel like living in Shillong. .
Small and compact room for tight budget. The rooms were neat and clean. Parking facility was a plus point. Dinner and lunch are not served here, have to dine outside. Breakfast is chargeable, which they kept repeating. Staffs are nice and very cooperative.Excellent place to stay.

One of the best yet very affordable one. You can get rooms as low as Rs 600.00. Only. Very clean, hygienic and homely place. What's more there is free complementary break fast for all guest.I personally recommends every one who searching for hotels or Loadge in Shillong to try this place.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
