Outside is location is not much good. The hotel is little off-road. But once you are in, everything will be good. Rooms are spacious. Washroom is clean but shower was not working in my room. Tap is in very bad condition. Bed is awesome.
Artemis hospital was my place of visitation during my 1-month stay in Gurugram and the location of the Starr Residancy Hotel just made a lot of sense considering the fact it's just directly opposite the hospital.
Pricing was great with nice and cosy rooms, but the one sore thing that left me peeved was the shared kitchen on my floor always had the guys from the Middle East block the sink all the time with left over food which irritated me. There's this particular young house cleaning guy with the hair band on who was super helpful all the time.
And yes, there's free WiFi on all floors within the hotel.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
This was one of the nicest places we stayed in Gurugram.
Room service, not good, bed sheet 4days not chsnge , air conditioning very noisy , main pwer cut daily more than three times, in general place not clean, no resturant to eat, but the staff very friendly and helpful, I not recomendet for trsvlers who have business and need place to get relaxing after a long day works .
