Experiencing the worst service of my life, they insisted on an extra 500 rupees payment, despite the entire transaction having been completed online.
They don't agree with the online prices onece in venue. And their rooms aren't of the quality of the price at all, worst service and speaking behaviour by staffs.
Worst service and untidy Nd smelly rooms and the person who is at the counter was very much with zero knowledge with online booking

Initially I booked in another hotel. When I went for check in, he denied to give room for the price and demanded more. Immediately I called to your help desk. One lady responded very well and alloted a room in the near by hotel for same price. I want to give her 5 star rating for the politeness, helping nature towards the customers. Please give 5 star rating to her.
The staff wasn't professional.. They were rude and dint allow me to check in when I first asked for. They asked for the other person's ID which I mentioned that will provided in about 10 mins and I wanted to check.. Also, informed that only I will go, check into the room, keep my bags and come back, which the front desk staff did not agree for... Also, just wanted to highlight that my cousin had a softcopy of the identity proof, which the front desk did not accept.. The airports themselves are allowing the softcopies, not sure what happened to these Oyo Rooms.. Finally other manager came into the picture and finally allowed me to check (only me). After 15 mins when my cousin got his ID proof, he was allowed to check in... The rooms were good for the price, but can be maintained a little better
Worst hotel in chandanagar..!!!! this hotel owner is creating hectic situation by denying check in and will demand for double payment for the new reservation.... avoid this cheap hotel and cheap management...
