OYO Ss Palace Near Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport - Hotel in Lucknow, Natkur - Lucknow, India

Worst rooms, bedsheets were so dirrty that you wouldn't even sit on them. Service was as bad as the bedsheets. Location is in the interiors of Lucknow not what is in the name"Near Chaudhary Charan singh".Sleeping on the road is better then sleeping in this hotel.

Fraud hotel!!!!!!!!!! They list the rooms at lower price on booking apps like oyo, MMT etc. and when you reach at hotel they demand double price otherwise they misbehave with guests. Pathetic experience. Please save your money and self respect and look for other better property in same areas.

I have stayed at the SS Palace Hotel on my business trip. The location, close to the Airport, rooms and amenities are excellent. Good Veg Food. The staff are nice and polite. They go out of their way to look after you and make your stay memorable. If you want personalized attention, responsiveness and an overall great experience choose the SS Palace

"After eating the food here I got suffered from food poisoning" Pros: 1. The place is quite peaceful & ambience is good . 2. Neat and clean room . 3. Staff is very helpful . 4. If you need peace & separation from rush & noise you can go for it . 5. Food is overall okay not that bad not that good. Cons : 1. Far from main city. 2. Hard to get a Ola or Uber here , except you ask personally to staff for help and they will arrange from their personal contacts. 3. There is No Local or nearby market for food or any kind of groceries. 4. They didn't provide toilet paper. 5. No electric Kettle . 6. No Room Fridge. * Hope it's helpful .

Nice place to stay here...... Good facility and mannered staffs. Room starts here from 1000rs/day for 2 person.
