Rooms are crampy opposite to shown in images. Lack of staff makes things more difficult. The hallway remains dirty. No proper system to make sure the guest are staying comfortably. Breakfast ordered will reach u after an hour. No kitchen of themselves. Bad experience at this price. Not at all recommended

Probably one of the worst oyo property. Another sad and bad experience with oyo. Feels bad how the quality is going poor each and all day for oyo. The people in this property is not at all trained these people dont know how to talk to a guest, they dont have restaurant morning breakfast they only have puri bhaji that also we have to inform them one day before, when I went the reception person was new so whatever I was asking his answer was I new so I dunno anything. They dont allow visitors day or night time if a guest is not feeling good he or she cant call any doctor in the room. Its only good for couples that also for the desperate couple who wants to have fun for couple of hours. Rooms a very small. The only best part was the ac. Thats all. Oyo you better check your quality.

It was a nice stay here when I visited first during durga puja. You can feel it is little bit costly but they provide you good facilities like fridge, AC coffee maker with good comfort bed. There are less space in the room but no disturbance from staffs and outsiders. It is a newly opened hotel.

One of the worst accommodation ever. I was transferred here from Oyo. Long story short this hotel is more of a brothel than a hotel. Really not meant for Family. And the rooms are very cramped and dirty, ac was placed above the bed, when turning it on started leaking. Since it was late i couldn't even change the hotel and had to spend a night here. Would recommend all to stay away from this hotel.

Location wise it is perfect, room service was very good, ambience from hotel staff was very good, they were well trained. But room size is quite small. Although it is recommendable for staying.

It is a fabulous hotel. Its accomodation, staff behaviour, guest meet and greet and other all service are excellent. Everyone will enjoy its awesome service.

Staffs are well behaved...But room service is a bit of slow...Rooms are clean but could be better... Breakfast was good..Overall good experience.

The worst one I have ever visited. Blood stain all over the mattress. Dirty bed sheets food quality horrible.
