OYO Srinivasa Residency Lodge - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

The worst hotel and experience in years of using OYO. First off, the staff is rude and always asks for tips. Even the workers who didn't do anything at all (workers on other floors) ask for tips when you walk by the corridors. The receptionist charged us Rs. 200 extra on top of the OYO charge, citing GST charges (saying OYO charges don't include GST). After that, the pillows are very bad, no hot water in the bathroom, flush doesn't work, and the next building's windows have a direct view into the bathroom. Even after multiple complaints, no one cared to come and fix the issues. If you want a bad experience in tirupati, go with this hotel. If not, please avoid. They said they have 4 more branches with a similar name, please avoid them as much as you can.

1. Rooms are not clean ( cleaning will be done after 9 AM and someone should be there in the room. all are going to Tirupathi for dharshan and not staying at hotel to clean the room) 2. Only one plug point and that is used for TV . you can not charge your 3. Warm (It is not Hot) water is available after 6.30 AM to take bath. 4. No car parking 5. No proper room service 6. It is not worth for the rent Only good thing is location is nearby to the Tirumala.

Worst experience booking Oyo and we book 3 rooms in Oyo after booking we payed amount in online also after that we reached the hotel there they started drama that in rooms some working is going on soo i go to our othere branch they told soo form there again we came around 4kmsvto this hotel after coming here again another drama started form this hotel reception he is asking some extra amount for paying online he directly asking the extra amount has gst after that we called Oyo cc and they told them to give the room with out taking any amount they they told ary are ready to give 2 room but we booked 3 room them we took two room but paying 3 room and the room was very worst and some smoking smell was room was not good hotel reception person is telling directly Oyo doesn't pay any amount to us if u want u cancel the room if u pay cash we will give good rooms plss ban Oyo. and pls don't book the rooms in Oyo can share if any one had same experience in tirupati and in that app Oyo very bad experience from oyo

Its at a good location. But bedsheet and pillow cover were verg unhygienic. Staff was not supportive, if u will not give tip then they will start shouting on you. Drinking water mug was very dirty.

OYO is becoming fraudster. My recent experience is as below. I have booked a homestay room in Tirupathi and the location shared was a barren land. No cantact number of property owner. Contacted customer care and they said another accomodation is available near by asked me to pay for minimum booking amount and the full fare I paid earlier will be refunded. With no much option, I paid for it and this time location itself is not appearing from the map link they shared and no one responding on the contact number they gave. I search for some other room on my own and then called the customer care. 2 out of 3 of my calls are dropped after I am told my call being forwarded to another team 3rd time much more frustrating as they made me list to call tranfer music for 25 mins before they broke the line. Next come the mail scam They mailed me for 2-3 time mentioning my number is not reachable and asking for alternative number. I have them 2 working numbers and no one called back. So, now if anyone ask me about OYO, I will say - Look somewhere else. Worst part and most agonizing thing for me was, I lost amount for twice booking apart from my anke sprain caused earlier that day and it's raining and my cell phone almost died out of battery and I am travelling alone and no one to support me.

Worst. Don't go by the photos in overview page..u will regret definitely worst unresponsive staff. Rooms are another story no hygiene for what u pay atleast no towles no nothing ..best thing u can do is not going here and save urself from regreating the decision.

We are participating one important meeting in this Srinivasa Residency. Nice Rooms. Good maintenance Restroom and Living rooms. So happy to stay @ Night.

Even giving one star to this place is too much. It's better to stay under a tree than go to this hotel. Please do not book this hotel. It is a dungeon. I do not recommend this place to anyone. First of all, it is far from the bus stand. Reaching here takes Rs. 120 one way. The hotel staff is aggressive when you tell them you booked online. It is run by a frustrated bunch of men. They asked for Rs. 500 early check-in money from me and when I requested reduced it to 300. When I asked for the room number he was rude in his reply. They behave as if they are doing a favour on you. I have a booking till tomorrow 11 am but I am checking out tonight itself. Will they return the money I paid? I paid the check in advance without being rude. One of the reception staff didn't have a change for Rs 50. So he said he will give it later. From that night he is not seen. When I asked at the reception they said his duty is from the day after tomorrow. They cant give. It is not just the money, these people don't want to serve the guests. I booked it through OYO. It was a good deal but the experience is 3rd class. Please don't recommend this place to anyone OYO- it is a humble request. Don't book this place even if they offer you it for free.
