ugly and absolutely no maintenance rooms. your stuff might get stolen. no commitment from the hotels side. strictly not recommended

I have never seen such a worst OYO rooms. I visited with my family and stayed 2 days in this hotel. It was a very bad experience. Room is so dirty and they never give service at all. Worst part is Bathroom, there is no proper water tap where water is coming perfectly. Due to hard water all water taps are blocked. Wash basin is not working at all. Bathroom window is open towards inner corridor which is visible to all. No hot water, TV is not working, main door lock is not working, no AC. Nobody from hotel cares about it. My checkout time was 11am although I checked in the hotel at 8pm, however I delayed 30 mins and they charged INR 900 extra which was not negotiable. As per the front desk guy, Tirupati is nothing but a business city of Andhrapradesh. So anything can happen here.

Most horrible experience I had with this OYO Srinivasa Residency. The maintenance is very poor. There is no proper basic facility to use. No hot water, No cleanliness, no proper TV & AC connections. Worst part : the inner lock keel fell down which was actually a screw fixed on it. No proper safety as well. Bathroom taps were not functioning. No plumbing service was done. After saying this, the manager told, we will give another room for bath. How cruel can this be. No proper response was given. Fans were not functioning. Regulators were broken and unable to use. Important Note: I highly recommend not to book or go to this hotel and please do not make any online payment to this hotel.

Waste we booked rooms in Oyo app but after going there they told not told lied rooms are in renovation soo u can go to our other branch but after going there he was asking Rs 280 extra that he is asking for gst after we called to Oyo and solved that after that they started another drama that we booked 3 rooms but he is ready to give 2 rooms at we finally went to two rooms only because the time was 1 am after that he told he will give two rooms but but will be 4 in another room 2 soo that u can manage after we asked bed he is telling we need to pay 300 extra for each bed then we shouted then he accepted and gave me us bed the rooms was very waste smoking smell was room was not cleans and was room was Indian totall Oyo and hotel was very bad experience

Bed sheets were horrible,, fought with the manager and gave extra money to change bed sheets.. Not a single facility,, even water is not there.. Manager says never book thru oyo,,should come directly,, charged GST Rs 232.seperately..

As per the cost it's worth it, cost is 800 rupees for non AC and the view from the room is amazing all the hills are visible

Always they are asking extra money as the name of GST .The discount given by oyo is useless because they are taking extra money always
