Overall it was just ok. Good: - Restaurants nearby. - Quick room service is available. - Wifi available. Bad: - They don't have power backup. - Room is cozy and suffocating. - Bathroom is very small and dirty. - No dedicated parking. Not suitable for family. Consider if you have no other option.
Worst Experience.. After we went there they are asking extra amount. Otherwise they simply saying you can cancel the booking. I have paid extra amount. Before giving the room they are asking 5 star rating. Don't choose this room at any cost
This is not hotel, they are caves. rooms don't have ventilation. No ventilation in washroom also. No drinking water available just wanted to sell water bottle. Washroom room drain have blockage problem. Same as usual no basic amenities provided by the hotel. No hindi channel subscription done after asking so many times, I seen IPL in local language.
My review not about their hotel. I didn't even stay there . This is for about there responsibility and services. I spoke with residence persons before visit. They well speak in the day time. I reached khamma in the mid. They locked the there door and they didn't pick my call. I waited there for 20 mints. I called the number for 5 times . Even they don't even call me back after morning. They don't have cartacy to call. Guys just my suggestion if u wanna check in time is mid night. Avoid this hotel is better
Probably the best hotel in Khammam and I had the best experience in this hotel. I've called the management at early morning 4'O clock and I don't have a reservation. They immediately confirmed the booking and the room is so nice. The staff is so friendly.
Seeing the pictures posted on oyo and google, we have booked two rooms. On reaching the hotel, it was found that the hotel and also the rooms are very dirty with stained mattresses and blankets, completely different from the pictures they posted.When told them that this is cheating, they called the owner of the hotel, who came shouting at us, asking us to get out. When asked him for refund, the owner started abusing us by asking us to get out first and ask oyo people. We were forced to leave the building even before we could contact OYO about this. I have real pictures of this hotel, which explain what I described. But it is not getting posted on google. I ll try to upload those to save others from such people
Worst hotel ever. We provided our id to the receptionist through WhatsApp and after leaving the hotel he misused it by spreading our number. Messages came to us from unknown numbers. Do not book this hotel its not safe.
