OYO Sri Sai Sevalal Comfort's - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I had a very bad experience in this hotel.... As everyone books... I also booked a room in this hotel online at a rate of around Rs. 560 ... but then upon reaching there... There was noone in the reception... after calling them .. they finally came and Inspite of having a booking... he refused to give a room in that price... and asked us to pay an amount of Rs. 1060... As it was already midnight... We had to agree with him and pay the amount he was asking for... But then he told us if we cancel the bookings .... he will give the room a price of Rs. 1000... Upon entering the room... I realised that the room was not even worth Rs. 600... the fan was not working... the TV was not working.... the washroom shower was not working.... the helpline telephone was also not working, the bedsheet was dirty like hell... the matrice was not at all comfortable.... The pillow covers were dirty, the blanket was also dirty... He also said.... We won't accept bookings paid through the Oyo app.... So, I would ask you to avoid this place....

Very worst experience, never book in this hotel, service and behaviour of the owner and staff is very rude. *Lifts not working properly (rooms are at second floor) *Rooms having pungent smell.

Never booking in this hotel online. If your booking is confirmed in hotel then manager will say to you " your booking is not confirmed here and no any room available here."

Oyo app is very worst app collect the high amount charge I people suggestion can not install this app or not booking the rooms

Don't pay upfront Online and reach this place presuming your booking confirmation. They lie that the rooms aren't vacant. Choosing 'Pay At Hotel' option while booking ONLY is fruitful. Tourists from other states - simply IGNORE.

Very worst rooms, not maintained well it was not for family, ac not working properly

Had the worst experience at this hotel. They say it's an OYO hotel, but they will not accept the booking. Demands for more than the booking amount. No proper response at the reception. They were least bothered about OYO business, cheating is their main business. Never go to this hotel.

I did my booking via Make my trip and paid the entire amount before my arrival. Once I went for check in. The hotel owner asked for additional amount of Rs 700/day Which is a complete harassment. This is the second disgusting experience I am having with Oyo rooms in 1 week.(Earlier it was in Kanyakumari). They didn't even refund the amount. I mailed to Oyo rooms several times with all details, but no action has been taken yet. Since then, I have decided not to stay in oyo rooms. Never ever stay in this hotel. They are scammers, nothing else
