Worst experience, I have called reception about the water issue. They didn't care about that instead put the phone on engage. Even though it showed less on OYO they will ask us to pay the 1500 for 3 members for 1 night. We thought of checking out at 6 am but due to their negligence on water issue, we didn't covered our travel plan within time

Fraud Oyo Hotel. They don't give Hotel Room for online booking. For Refund we need to roam around with Online Payment Partner. Worst Experience and do not entertain such properties. This hotel ruined my day.

They will not agree on the OYO rates. you have to pay more than what is in OYO app.

The Hotel may charge extra if you booked online. Service is also not great

I booked through Oyo Customer care. They told to pay partial amount to book the room. They sent me one payment link to pay around Rs. 770. I immediately paid the amount as the booking was very urgently required. They confirmed my booking and told me to contact Oyo property. I contacted the property and they told they don't have any information regarding my booking. I, being Hindi speaking, could not speak and understand kannada. The receptionist talked in kannada and cut the phone. After that, no one picked up call. As booking was urgently required, so I went to the property to occupy my room. After reaching there also, the receptionist told me that there is no booking. He talked very rudely in his own language. I booked the Oyo in Rs. 2160 and already paid Rs. 770. Now, the receptionist is telling me to pay Rs. 4480 to take the room. I could not do anything so came back. Such is the conditions of Oyo company now a days. There is no communication between customer care and the Oyo receptionist. I request everyone not to book Oyo rooms and pls don't pay any amount. I have applied for my refund. Don't know when it will come back. I want that property and other properties like that to be removed from Oyo portal. I request Oyo owners to please look into these issues. I urge them to become the customer themself one day and try to book the same Oyo property I am talking about. Then they will realise how we are suffering. Want to take up the issue to higher level. Dear Sir/ Madam, I have booked hotel room in your OYO app on 27th of June 2022 for next day, after checking all the details and used my card amount as asked by the OYO app. I have noticed that total Rs. 625.00 was deducted from my account and shows three different transaction which I have attached screen shot here for your quick reference. But surprisingly , when we reached the said hotel on 28th Morning, I was told by a hotel staff that there is no confirmed booking in my name and the hotel staff also argued with us very rudely, finally end up with argument, a wasting of our time. Finally, we were helpless and left the place & it was nightmare for us since we all are ladies, tired by overnight journey. However, we moved to other nearby hotel with the help of my friends. In this regard, we have contacted OYO customer care but as per them OYO received only Rs. 72.00 & there is no proper response about our booking confirmation. So please clarify the following urgently : - You have received only Rs. 70.00 and where it went our total amount of Rs. 625.00 ? it means transaction was done but how you can say only Rs. 72.00 and we lost Rs. 625.00. Please clarify. - We have checked in our bank as well and total Rs. 625.00 was deducted from my account and please find attached screen shot as well. - Even we received the booking confirmation( attached screen shot of SMS), why we were not allowed to check In? Or why the hotel staff rejected our claim of booking confirmation? Who is responsible for this nightmare? - And today I have checked in the OYO app and it shows that we have checked in ( it shows in my name only) and how can it possible since we never stayed at all? Attached screen shot & Please clarify. Even hotel staff was not allowed us to stay, but in your OYO app is shows that Checked In in my name, I have considered it as a very serious issue and requesting you to clarify it urgently and also return my complete amount of Rs. 625.00 which was deducted for OYO ( attached screen shot and OYO messages). If you fail to respond my this email urgently , I have no other option than to go the legal action against you. I look forward to hear from you at the earliest. Thanks and regards

Worst worst hotel in banglore. Actually 2 of my friends booked a room from makemy trip yesterday. Now they went for check in but the hotel person was drunked and he's behaviour was worst with them. He said like "there's no rooms available go and ask the money with the online booking people itself". And I'm calling for them but there are not receiving the call also. Please I'm suggesting everyone not to take room in such kind of a hotels. It was a very difficult situation in the middle of the night. They have not refunded the money also.
