Rooms are good and clean, bathroom and toilet with greaser and english toilet. Only no glasses were provided in the room for drinking water. They are suppose to provide it as an improvement of service in future. Veg. food available and quality is good. Thanks.
The lady onwer Shreyashi of the hotel lavks mannerism. In the morning we are unable to use the washroom due to non availability of water when asked about the same to the onwer she replt its not the time to switch on the pump. When we arrived we found blankets missing we asked for the same her reply you should have told us before. We are paying for the service and ultimately qe have to update them and they will not pay any heed to customer service. Even we ordered tea 2 times the lady onwer reply you guys are drinking so much tea.We are paying still we had to listen. During our quarrel with owner she was telling that we dont lend to bachelors.What kind of attitude is this.when the onwer is confirming the booking she should have asked. The pathetic service worst food.dont rent this particular hotel...
This lodge is awesome,very neat and clean. It is surrounded by greenish and beautiful flower garden. Rooms are spacious. All the staff are very responsible and they are very polite. And this lodge is very near (500mt) to Uttarayan.
