They are scammer.. They will charge you extra If you don't believe me then try this hotel you will regret for sure.
Staff sonu kumar is very bad ,having bad behaviour even they r not providing wifi ,gives rs 5 of Dyna soap which is worthless very bad experience this hotel is not recommended at any cost

Very bad condition of room. No cleaning in room. Worst condition of bed toilet blanket. Everything is in worst condition.
Worst experience ever had with OYO. The first hotel we had booked in Dhanbad refused to tske us. Then the second one also said that the price offered was wrong. So, finally we had to pay extra and take rooms. The rooms in Dhanbad and Netarhat were of poor quality, no warm water, toilets not comfortable, food also mediocre. Overall a bad experience at both places. I will never go for OYO any more.

Very dirty rooms. Bedsheets were dirty but got it changed. Pillows were never washed I guess. Local id not accepted. Not worth the price (1100/night). Limited hot water.
