You won't get hot water even though there is 24/7 hot water facility.
Not a great experience. On the very 1st day itself, there were issues with the booking. The lodge allowed check-in but in the evening the owner ( Mr Joseph) called me and asked me to vacate within 1 hour. Obviously, it was a poor experience as I had already paid the whole rent in advance. Even if there was an issue, the language used by the owner was not appropriate at all. Hugely disappointing and least expected.Completely spoilt my mood.Next there's no power back up. If the power goes off like it did in my case, expect no power.I would suggest a prospective traveller to skip this property and look for alternate options

Located in the heart of the city - Kushalnagar. Rooms are quite simple and decent. Parking was available on main road and behind lodging. Service beyond 11pm was not prompt (or no response at all). Overall very satisfied with the stay.
We booked 4 rooms through Oyo at coorg. They said the booking has been confirmed at a hotel named manjunda palace. Even 2 days before they informed us that the booking is confirmed. We reached the place at night and found our that the hotel has been banned and sealed by bank since like 3 weeks. I talked with their customer executive on phone. After some time they said they will connect me to their top level manager. I'm a malayalis so they probably assumed that I don't know Hindi. They connected me to a call telling that's their manager. It was a guy speaking hindi and he said he was also told that he will be connected to their manager. They tricked us both. So please avoid using OYO in India

Room was clean. But towels were not available and also no bath kit were given. The visibility of the lodge even being in the main road is difficult as other shops in the complex make it difficult to find.
