Verg Bad experience Washroom Z Soray not Working , Hotel Manager Denied For Checking After 9 Pm , OYO Is Making Fool People , OYO Has Not Refunded My Money 1200 Rs , Very Bad N dirty Hotel , I Recomened Never Go In OYO Rooms They Just Making customers , North East Having Issue Everyone is trying to Making fool n get Money

The backward position in Siliguri, rooms quality avarage not so bad ...no food available..if u don't have any choice then stay this hotel ... otherwise not

Booked from OYO: The Room is good. need to be more clean. As they showed they don't have WiFi, no working geyser, and the TV & its Socket aren't working. Kinda a pathetic experience . They charged me Rs175 extra for the dinner. When I reached reception they said we can't provide you any dinner with the room even if you paid for it"!! if you want to eat pay for the kitchen as your bill.

Staffs are very nice and well behaved. Room and washroom both are good, food is also decent. But the AC wasn't performing that much as we expected also the geyser wasn't working. Rather than these it's a good choice for one night stay.

I am staying here for some hours of the the day becoz of ' summer hot days'...and I am satisfied.. but they just need to work on the electricity of this hotel

The worst stay I have ever in my life. First of all they denied for the room, since the price we booked is low and they want more. I have to all OYO help desk and of no use. After all I have paid the the said amount. We entered into the room and changed 4 rooms because of Bugs, Cockroach, TV, Geysers etc. After all I have a room without drinking water, limited washroom water, dirty bedsheet and frequent power failure.

As i got the only option near the airport in Oyo I visited. It's a b grade stay and moreover I just had to spend a night to catch the next morning flight. The only good thing is it's near the City center Mall.

Hotel manager as well others Service man's behaviour is good but the condition of the room is quite bad.... They provide us AC but remote is missing,where we could not control the temperature of the ac... Second thing is that TV condition is indisposed... Bedcover is so dirty when we ask them to clean they told us I'm not supposed to do it... Overall that's the review of that hotel So my request to management plz make this problem solved as soon as
