The worst hotel to stay in jamshedpur. The hotel room was literally dirty , they don't provide blankets, laundry clothes dumped in cupboard and no phone to call the room service. For hot water arrangements, they had a wooden stick and water heater rod.. no geyser. Pls don't ever book in this hotel. I had to spend a night because I had paid in advance and I came to Jamshedpur for the first time... and it was around 10 pm. Attached some pics for the proof..
The staff is shadiest, they keep calling to check if you are going to spend the night there or checking out before. Very unkept, broken furniture, flooring, unhygienic. We had a couple of men talking loudly from the room underneath, so we complained. Incompetent staff was unable to do anything. I wouldn't go for it until I am in my death bed.
They are being tied with OYO but they deny check in as they say the rate through which u have booked through OYO is not satisfying our hotel so u have to pay extra money. Each and every tym they do this thing so they are earning anyway more..And the hotel rooms are having seepage.Rooms are not that good to pay 2k. Room service is worst and they do not bother to give uncleaned pillows and bedsheets. The lady sitting in the reception is having no idea how to deal with guests. All unprofessional people are running this hotel. I request all of the viewers that u must not go for this hotel or else u will be looted or have bad experience just like me. Thank you !
Very bad hotel... The room was classic delux (3x) and they had allotted us a small room, hardly any space to move around. The staff didn't clean the room before ckeckd-in. The floor was muddy. The blanket was not available, when we asked, they provided us a dirty blanket.
Newly built & nice hotel having spacious & clean rooms.. Just need to improve breakfast quality. It should be more hygenic.. Also, change TV Service Provider, as channels are either interrupted or not subscribed..
Nice hotel.... But last 2 time I visited there was no food available.... We had to order....

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms
All good worth for money Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
