Very bad condition. Very bad service. Location too far from the main city.. and last but not least they ask for 2x+ money after paying full payment online. these oyo hotels are for s*x purposes. Never ever visit their hotels.

After long , hectic day I have reached here, hotel staff/owner refused to give me any room, although I have a already a room booked prior from online. Hotel straight away told me to connect with the customer care of booking platform. They just don't want to see any proof of booking and can't explain that why they are not allowing me.
Been here so many times. Due to pandemic, property is not functioning to its true potential though limited staffs available r making all out efforts. Hope things improve after the pandemic. Good choice for people opting to stay for one night. Fooding have to be arranged at yr own. Visited again. The guest house is functioning at its optimum with all allied services. Feels like at home. Staff r always ready to help. A must stay place in the midst of hustle and bustle of metro city. Keep it up
This is the worst experience in hotel booking with OYO , three time my booking was cancelled by OYO , on middle of night they are cancelled my booking before the stay date , it's horrible ,after that they are confirmed , but when I was reached the hotel the total guest is decreased, I am surprised how it's possible, but it's possible only on OYO , I prefer to all do not book anything with OYO
This is One of the WORST hotel in Kolkata. RECOMMENDATION:- This applies to everyone. NEVER EVER TRY TO BOOK THIS HOTEL/Room. Your money will be wasted and they will not allow you to check-in. Again, never book this hotel.

My flight landed at 4am. The staff is so attentive that I got a great welcome with smile even at 5am. The room caretaker boys gave me tea at my arrival. Room was amazing for 1500 per night in salt lake city as compared to hotels that charge 5000 to 7000 nearby. As I was not sleepy, they turned on TV for me. I asked if they will get disturbed, they said, customer is above all. That was a great gesture. Huge bathroom and living room with gallery. Privacy assured. The owner Amit Bhattacharya is a Gem and customer oriented. I just stayed for 7 hrs but felt like family. Had I not booked return flight, I would have not left. A must go hotel.
Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Did not give us the room at the rate which we had booked for. After agreeing on a rate also the staff came up with other ways to increase the rate. Extremely poor treatment. Should be delisted. The property was also not as depicted in pictures.
