Worst experience with the staff. Booked it from Oyo with pre-paid but when I reached the hotel (nearly at 9 pm after office), staff said no rooms available, and asked me to cancel the room so that I bear all the charges.

Poor experience. I book this place through Oyo app. However when I reached here in the evening for my check in, the guy on the phone told me that rooms were not available and they were under 'renovation'. The redirected me to another property of theirs

Horrible experience , will never choose OYO in future again. The hotel owner denied early check in between 10am - 12pm, which was assured to me by OYO executive while booking. After that the OYO executive shifted my booking to different hotel near by but was denied enter there because there was a fire incident at the hotel. I had paid 25% booking amount at both the hotels, which is not yet refunded to my account.

!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! This is not even a hotel. It's more of a building with some rooms. The rooms are spacious but are filthy. Bathrooms have algae in it and smell funky. The bed is another mess, with dirty bedsheets and duvet has cigarette burns in them. The front desk staff is non-existent where they will lock the building front door and sleep off, locking you outside even though the building doesn't have a working door bell. So all in all, you're in for a treat when you stay at this place.

Say No to OYO, OYO has now downgraded it's property maintenance, from outside building looks good but from inside infrastructures are the worst. No Pest controls, Dirty Bed Sheets, Dirty Beds with blood spots and miscellaneous spots. Bathroom fittings are full of corrosion, not working properly, leakage, worst environment. Bat Bug Insects under the beds, I had taken Tetanus injection to save myself from their poisionous bite they did to me. These problems are there in every OYO Property in PAN India. You guys should shame on yourselves, with this kind of job/attention towards your business, you will go no where but digging pot for yourself. All the best!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Dirty 3rd class rooms with no bucket and essential supplies in the bathroom. When asked about the bucket they receptionist said they don't have buckets in all the rooms. After requesting many times they arranged one. The mattress was so thin that I could literally feel the springs and wood of the bed. The towel was dirty and when asked to change it the caretaker cleaned the bathroom with the same towel in front of me. Gosh they will give the same towel to someone else They even charged for complimentary water bottles. Cockroach were roaming around on the mattress. Not expected this from OYO. Also water supply was very low, took more than 10 minutes to fill a bucket.

The wall of rooms were full of dampness , as shown in pictures it was not same, the bed was too much noisy as I sat down it was just irritating. Towels provided were not looking fresh enough , pillow covers were used again , even bed was not cleaned as the hair leftover were there in bed. Worst experience

The place was pathetic. Guy at the reception was rude. The bed sheets and pillow cases had hair on them all over. They gave us used linen discarding covid precautions completely. Dirty and unhygienic place. Don't know how it 4+ stars. I have pictures of the room with hair if someone needs as evidence.
