OYO SilverKey Park Circus Near Birla Mandir - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

The hotel was located properly with cab availability almost always and fit our budget perfectly. But we were fooled by the pictures available in OYO website and wondered how such a nice hotel was available for affordable rates. Once we got to the hotel, the rooms weren't anything like the photos. The walls were dirty and worn down. The sheets had not been washed properly in a long time. We asked them to change the sheets but the replacement sheets were even dirtier and torn down. The window panes were broken in AC rooms. Rain was seeping in and when we informed the receptionist he told us it is only because it is raining and water won't come inside otherwise. No welcome kit was given and the bathrooms were not cleaned recently. The bathroom doors had no proper lock. You open one tap and water comes from every other faucets. Water was not available after 12AM almost every night we stayed there. If they had maintained it as they've advertised in OYO website it would be one of the best places to stay in Calcutta. Unfortunately we were fooled and the whole experience was very poor for us.

We had a horrible experience at the OYO SilverKey Park. Rooms are nothing like shown in the Google images, we were just fooled by it. We booked 3 rooms and it was smelly, uncleaned, bedsheet was torn, geysers were not working, beds were full of bed bugs, we checked-in in the afternoon and had to look for another hotel and left this hotel with our kids at 3:00 am in the middle of night. The hotel staff was least bothered, not at all helpful and said you can talk to our manager. I want my full refund. The place is pathetic.

If only I could give them less than 1. This place is run by a rowdy front desk man who is not only rude and ignorant, but acts as if he is there to rule not serve. In one sentence- avoid this place at all costs

Worst hotel, very very bad.. Don't stay there. I booked a room, and prepaid the rent. Room was very dirty, seepage on the wall, very bad smell all over. I cancelled on the spot and waiting for refund till now. Not supporting...

Room is very dirty and water that comes from tap in washroom is like drainage water all taps are rusted. Bathroom door doesnt have any lock system . Paid 1020/- via UPI on Oyo but after going to hotels he said our charges are 1200/- so you have to pay another 180/-.

They charged me extra when i reach at hotel,I stayed for 3 nights there is no room service infact serivce boy was available there but no one has not available for pick up call and Nooruddin(Manager) was so rude and cruel he charged extra money when you reached at hotel and the service guy who show rooms he also very clever

Worst hotel I have ever seen. The hotel is full of bed bugs and hotel owner don't even care for that. They don't update your booking in oyo and hence you cannot complain against them in oyo. Don't ever think of staying in this property.

Our booking cost was 870 but the old man who was sitting in the front desk he took 1300 and told us that have to give and was rude enough room was not fully made as it should be smell was there in the toilet and tv was not working most of the channels r not there so overall am not visiting it again
