Pathetic service as rooms aren't available at the time of checking. We have suggested to wait more than half n hour. Unsatisfied and rude behaviour of the staff, low man power, unstable organisation of the hotel leads me into shock. Not recommended for sure.
Worst ever staycation experience. The Rooms were kind of all rounder in terms of "Small, Dirty, AC doesn't work, No bathroom lock, Water Clogging in wash basin, no shower, even door locks don't work properly" I don't even understand, how this place got such good reviews. Not Recommended for families and married couples.
Order from Swiggy, they can't even serve u tea... Yeah u wd get water atleast... No toiletries in the washroom , soiled blankets...
Typical hotel rooms, good enough for travellers to stay a couple of days. Must remember, you can't order outside foods from Swiggy or Zomato. Everyone has to order food from silverkey hotel's private restaurant. (But you are allowed to order food from outside if their restaurant is closed) Also quality restaurants such as Oudh 1590or Wow momo is only a kilometre away from this hotel. So food will not be a problem for stayers.
They don't accept Oyo rate. They ll make u pay extra.... Even. Oyo. Can't help u... so if u have extra amount on your pocket. Then only u can go there even hotel staff or owner don't care about rating and review... aprt from this extra cost issue. Every thing is ok..
Very bad hotel with no facility. Elevator is not working. Room is not properly clean. Bedsheet and linen have the spots. No restaurent foods were provided as promised. No breakfast were provided. Stuffs are moderate. Room service telephone and TV channels are not working. Location is okay, but there is no shop market nearby. I would not recommend anyone this hotel for your pleasant stay.
Very good behaviour... Specially hotel manager was very helpful nd good guy...i forgot my wallet in to the room ..next day I got my wallet safely by their staff...nd room was very good nd clean...great experienced....
Through the app i have booked the classic room at 750/- with offer applied. But on phone call they have charged a total amount of 1400/- for the same which i have paid at hotel at the time of check in. Apart from this i liked the foods served. People are polite. Room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was good. Window curtain was dirty. Dustbin was too dirty. Room was smelling bad. AC having unpleasant noise. Location is good.
