Staafs working in this hotel r very rude and not know how to talk to the customer ,rate shown on the app and actual rate which u have to pay when you reach hotel differ very much I have very bad experience because of misbehaviour by one of the staaf
It is a scam, we were rejected entry as my husband was not allowed inside. Do not book on OYO, they give vague reasons like local ID etc to cancel and I did not get refund.

I didn't check in the hotel due to the rude behaviour of the staff. I have booked the room for two days but they allowed me to stay for only one day. They asked me for another 900 rupees for two days stay. They behave very rudely. They warned me that you will not refund you if you complain about the issue in OYO. So I took the money back and left.

there is a big big communication gap, system issues, I had booked the hotel with prepayment with one day advance so as to get early morning check in but property owner refused to give me the check-in before 9am and says due to neighbours issue I can't give checkin before 9am at any cost what rubish is this then why to run such business, then the major issue is the rate are totally not accepted by property owner I paid for 2 days and the receptionist paid me back the booking amount here again I have lost my 200 Rs without any stay and use of that room. SO GUYS DON'T RELY ON ITS FAST SERVICES
Value for Money. Clean. Hotel staffs are well mannered. Owner personally calls and get the feedback. Very helpful. However, bathroom is small and there is no kitchen. You have to prefer outside food or order online food
Property charges extra money than what is shown in OYO website. I had to pay double the amount of what was shown in the website.Property quoted double the amount of what is displayed in website. Or else check in was not allowed. This will be informed by the property only at the last minute of check in
