Spacious room, Good Lift service, should focus on room service a little more , best his Hot water which I personally enjoyed during my stay as it was too cold in the morning. Moderate parking space . CCTV and security was there .
We went to a reception there. The rooms were well organised and the condition was also very good with very polite staff.
Visited the Restaurant a while back, the staff was quite friendly and nice. The food was okay okay . The place have ample parking as well. It's closely located to I.S.B.T. so quite ideal for travellers. It also have tie up with OYO making it quite easy to book. The Restaurant service is quite slow though.

Great hotel with all the necessary amenities that a family would require. Only thing is that it's quite expensive but I think it must due to my arrival on seasonal time when all hotel rates are high in Dehradun.
