First of all, They are frauds, It's not a Hotel at all, basically consider a lodge which is converted from apartment, Booked room using OYO, I informed abt the booking, they said - welcome. After reaching lodge, demanded 1500 Rs instead of 9xx. Having lack of time took room at 1200. 1. No room service - whatever u need, u need to rush to reception & then they will give u, No one will come to room. 2. Highly non co-operative 3. Not a hotel at all
Don't book via OYO! Cause they won't accept the booking, you will have to book in person at reception. When I talked to the person in-charge regarding this they said OYO is charging very less from customer for the rooms they are providing. But that's ridiculous. The room I received, given the price paid, was disappointingly compact, and the quality of room service left much to be desired. Considering these factors, I cannot recommend this location for families seeking a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, due to a lack of alternative options, I was compelled to proceed with my booking here.
I booked the room here through Oyo customer service for 1,000 rupees, but when I arrived, the receptionist denied that they were still a part of Oyo and asked me to pay 1,500 rupees or more. I bargained and paid 2,200 rupees for the room because I was new to Chennai. It is better to stay on the road than to live here.
Don't book this hotel Worst service ever I booked it through OYO @ 800/- but at the time of checkin they ask me to cancel and book offline. And charged 2000/- I booked as per third terms as it's midnight. But after paying too much they didn't provide water bottle also. AC also not working.
SCAM SCAM The Hotel management has demanded extra money over the online booking & they will not allow to check in until you pay extra money. They are doing this to every customer. Their bed sheets, towels are worst, service is not good either. Never go with family.
Book the room goin directly to the hotel, don't buk the room online thru OYO or any other app, they don't accept. Don't blame the hotel, having a property at the Prime place is very expensive to maintain.
Booked room through agoda for 900. On reaching there they outrightly told that online booking not allowed and asked to pay 1500. I hop they all rot in hell and have no peace in anything they do for robbing off money. Never book it.
The hotel is nearby DLF park and L&T Manappakkam. The rooms were of sub standard quality and they are not affiliated to Oyo rooms they charge exorbitant amount for the quality of the room There is no water provided and the is no laundry service in the hotel.
