The hotel is located just on the side of the main road. Room service is good. Room space is very small according to their charges. Food quality average. Staff behaviour is good.

They will provide the food into the room don't have to think about food to get from outside. Bad sides: Firstly the receptionist is very careless, illiterate and he even don't know how to handle people with their need. If you book a room and after thet you go then also they will not able to provide the particular room which you booked for. Food is also not that much good, every non- veg item they use make with the same gravy. In the night time i ordered kashmiri polao which was hilarious, they had added some fruit cocktails and paneer into the biriyani rice. After ordering the I was waited for 1hour when I cross check, the receptionist had replied me very easily that he forgot about my order. Don't know how they handling others with that useless fellow.

Oyo is the worst app i hve evr chosed for bookings. They neither give genuine bookings nor they help properly. Did aa big scam with me. Took ta total amount and did not give me checkin and yet not give me a refund. It is a full fraud compaany.

I recently had a very pathetic experience with this hotel and I would suggest everyone to not book this hotel as you are ultimately gonna be harassed at the time of check in. I booked the hotel through OYO for 1 day at Rs.1136 for the classic room. In their OYO app also the price was shown 1136 against my booking but the receptionist showed me the pricing tab on their OYO app where the price was Rs. 2000+. I told them that the price can be anything on the pricing tab but the amount which was shown to me in their app as well as my OYO app should be the final price. But the receptionist told me to do whatever you can but you have to pay 2000+ anyway to check in. They did not pick up an OYO representative's call when I registered a complaint with them and even when I put the call on speaker and asked them to talk to the OYO representative through my phone, they simply denied and asked me to tell the representative to call on their phone, then only they will talk. But the OYO representative tried to reach them for 3-4 times but they deliberately did not pick up the call. Ultimately after 1 hr of harassment, I had to move to another hotel. For clarification regarding the pricing I confirmed with OYO and they told me that 1136 is the final price and anything more than that which was asked by the hotel is unfair and is considered as an unethical charging. It is a complete case of fraud and they are thinking that by this type of harassment, a guest has to pay the unethically excess amount for check in because he has nowhere to go in that situation. It is a complete case of fraud and there is a high chance that you might also be cheated and harassed.

I booked online my booking charge was 1150 taka but double charge was taken from me.I waited outside for about 30 minutes while taking the room. The behavior of the hotel staff is very rude. The room was very dirty and unclean. Food prices were also higher.

Hotel receptionist hotel manager very rude and misbehaving. After you book the hotel online they charge extra at the time of check in. Otherwise they denied for check in. How they scam people. No parking place. They simply told you park your bike or car at road. Is this safe. Hotel receptionist staff are too mannermless cheap mentality. Not for anyone recommended. They run a illegal scam business.

Fruad, OYO give me discount and Hotel owner ask to me this is not our real rate, I was pay Addition 4000 RS for 3 days plus my online oyo payment 2000 RS, what a joke!! Really bad services by oyo and hotels boths..

Worst place ever experienced, don't come here , scammers , they run scam in different parts with the same name, and in night time hotel is used for different purposes, the hotel turns into drinking bar at night times and room is used for dirty services at night time from 12 am to 3 pm , different people come at night time , hotel turns into hell , don't ever come here ....... , If anyone need hotel , there are many hotels near durgapur station , lokenath hotel , and many others , they give you best service at 400 to 600 rs , and also the room is very good , as a student I will prefer lokenath hotel instead of this one , and beware with Oyo Sher e Bengal , they lure you to give your aadhar card , ATM card , so don't come ever in Oyo Sher e Bengal instead go to lokenath hotel near durgapur railway station
