very good location but very bad management..irresponsible staff at main counter who switch on electricity everytime you step out..none of the contact numbers at the desk are working..no senior management available..language problem is serious with english or hindi..i booked because it is next to metro station..but price was not worth it..no toiletries provided..no hygiene of linen..lift is available but long waiting time..they give 5th floor only to oyo bookings.

Poor conditions. I have stayed on 15-04-2021. The said double was too small having only one bed. the widow door was broken, leaking taps, fitted an AC but the switch is in the reception counter. They made it on at the night as when we requested, the temp was fixed to 29 degree and not given any remote control to regulate it and they made it off at late night while we were sleeping. Fitted with TV but no channel available due to non payment of charges. When we asked about it, they told OYO has to recharge this and they can't do anything. No parking facility. Room rent was Rs.1500/- for a day. All together it was total inconvenience

Worst service, premises are not clean. Receptionist does not help when asked for early checkin, though I have advance booking and called them to verify about early checkin, no reply on the number they say number is not working. After reaching there it was terrible experience., obviously i have to find another stay because of that behavior.

Room is very small with unpleasant bad smell. AC doesn't work and the wash rooms are horrible. The receptionist speaks in a vulgar manner. Please don't choose this one as there are many other ones around.

Rooms are looking good, but bathrooms are very conjested. A single room for 2 or 3 ppl, they charge 1800 INR per day. Also, don't drink water that they keep in room because they fill the bottle weeks before.

Very worst management all staff with manager are demanding commission by customers. Narsireddy has very worst behavior and low class mentality. lift is underrepair rooms are available at only 4th flour. The charge for room was 1800/-. No drinking water, No service boy., no parking place. Totally very worst management.

Hotel management is taking high early check in charges and TV is not working & Plumbing problem in bathroom and light is not working in bathroom and there is no sufficient sockets for charging and when we are gone out side for some work staff is shut down the electricity to our room.

Well maintained, AC & geyser were good, room gets cleaned everyday, metro station and bus top are right infront of the lodge.
