I had called to book a room in the hotel. But the person who received the call was very rude. I did not like his behavior..
The first impression you get while entering this property is horrible but once you get into rooms things change. Rooms are decent but lack ventilation. Ac is there but no remote in rooms. TV is installed but it doesn't work. Property location in nice, situated in the middle of the city. Another problem is mosquitoes in rooms but staff is helpful may provide you all out.
I booked a room from Oyo at a discounted price but at the time of arrival i was refused the room late at night . Highly inappropriate behaviour , i was traveling alone and they asked for extra money for the room . I was saved by Oyo as they arranged accommodation nearby with no extra charge instantly.
First of all denied to take payment through OYO. They said if you making payment through OYO then simply I will say that I don't have any vacant rooms. Now comes to hotel facilities 1- AC turned off in mid night when I was sleeping and turned on at 6:00 AM by them. 2- Bed sheet not changed. 3- No towels provided. 4 No proper cleaning of room.
Nice place to stay here...no disturbance from anyone. Good room service but don't know about any food items found or not there because i ordered from zomato. The rooms are very quiet and clean but the bedcover is not that good or somehow old. The oyo rooms are at the 4th floor and there is a leaft just in front of the reception. Cons: 1. No safe and extra place for parking. 2. The TV was not in working condition that day. 3. Exhaust fan of bathroom not working. 4. Not nearby store for food and other useful staffs.
The jet spray of washroom was not working. No towels, hand wash, soap was provided in washroom. I guess they will provide you if you ask for it. But having it by default is nice. But overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you wanna stay around Paltan Bazar to Bharalumukh area and your budget is within 1.5 to 2k per night
This hotel totally fraud.I was recently booked this hotel 25Dec 22 /27 Dec 22 confirm and I was pay PRI payment done but i was go at hotel.then my entry not allowed in Hotel and I have already complend this Guwahati Police. So please don't book this hotel online/offline
The behavior of the staff was also very bad. The condition of the room was very bad. The TV was bad. The TV was not working. The AC was not working at all...I say to the hotel owner if you can't run the rooms then you close your hotel.
