1. Service was good . 2.Door lock was not good, even washroom also. 3.location was good 4. Room had a balcony and airy room also . Just some things needs repairing.
I had stayed in this propoerty from 11th June 2019 till 13th June 2019 & had 2 rooms booked for me & my family. The experience has been very very disappointing. The rooms are very small & not clean with a very bad smell. The beds & the beddings( linen, pillows, blankets ) are very dirty. The AC does not work at all. The staff behaviour is extremely unfriendly & to top it all the breakfast is really substandard( two breads( mostly burnt,) omlette ( very small) with one egg & tea is a very small tea cup. I will discourage everyone not to stay in this property as this is sheer wastage of money. Very very disappointing experience!!!!
Pros: 1) Easy to locate and convenient for booking cabs. 2) 25 mins from the airport 3) Friendly staff 4) Room service is satisfactory 5) The residential area is serene and safe.<br/>Cons: 1) Rooms are a bit cramped. 2) No inverter or power back up. 3) The hotel doesn't offer lunch and dinner 4) While breakfast was served, the quality of the food was just average.
I Have booked 2 Rooms for me and my Friend, Staff behavior was extremely good. Although Card swipe machine was not working at the time of check in but that's not an issue, They offered Cold drinking water, Plates etc for us to have lunch. No question asked Me and my gf enjoyed a lot I will visit again.
The rooms are decent and the room we were staying had a balcony attached, which was great. The location is very good for commuting anywhere in kolkata. The only downside is the cleanliness of the rooms. If maintained well it can easily be the best.
Rooms are good for the price. But the washroom was very small and not clean. Also they start charging for drinking water after supplying the first bottle.
I would have rated 5 but the only thing that disappointed me is the bathroom, really small and not cleaned properly. Overall it was a good experience love to come again.
