Not able to contact hotel reception..such an inconvenience when need to book early morning as landed to destination post midnight. Helpless cust support jst escaping saying nt able to reach hotel.. Irresponsible ..AWFUL

This lodge is ok but the see service was very poor... The room boys work only for money. The bathroom light was not repaired, the hot water asked for was not brought.. Only money minded and no sincerity at all....

I had booked a Hotel through the OYO app and also paid a complete amount of two rooms but when we reached the reception the receptionist refused to provide us rooms. We told him that we had already paid the full amount for two rooms but he ignore . We asked for a refund of the amount already paid, but he provided me call centre no. which was already out of service,. After that he asked us for a double amount to provide rooms. And then we paid an extra amount and got rooms.

Like the location a lot bcoz it was very easy for me to travel in walking distance. Rooms are also good no complains. U have easy options to eat in the next lane (Hotel Ganesha Prasad)& on Avenue Road (Atithi Satkaar) Both are Good To Have Breakfast Lunch & Dinner. Good hotel to stay in ur buget. Will Sure Visit Again For My Business Trips

They are literally cheating people by asking extra money while vacating. If you book your stay through oyo for their hotel..they will not accept you as oyo customer, they treat you as direct walk in customer and will ask you to pay more than what it shown while booked in oyo app. So before going there confirm whether they are accepting oyo booking or not. They are fraud and very pathetic peoples. The Manager was also arrogant Don't Book any website they doesn't accept any bookings

At first, It was bad experience as the manager asked double of what was showing on OYO APP, after double checking and verifying with oyo that this was oyo's technical problem. I paid the more amount. After visiting the room it was worthy. The room is a bit of less spaced but it was good. I had a night stay for my SSB next day. Overall nice experience !

They not accepting any online booking, charge more than booking price, when we come at hotel that time we are not able to cancel our online booking because of no refund before 24 hour policy of booking, so we have to pay extra cash, because adoda have international customer care number so we not connecting with them Manager have Very bad behaviour no negotiation and all after extra pay we don't have AC in our room, room is also dirty and cockroaches sleep with us on bad, Please don't book this hotel online
