I am disappointed. I made a payment immediately on booking. However, on reaching the OYO Hotel, I had to pay a sum of Rs.700/- to occupy the Room. I did not have a choice. OYO authority should refund the amount of Rs. 700/- to me at the earliest.
The neatness is not up to the mark.

Rooms are small and don't have much space in some rooms still values for money as they don't overcharge you and they are providing rooms in affordable price so if you're in Bhubaneswar for some business/personal work you can opt for its nearby to patia, acharya vihar and railway station..
All photos posted are fake. Rooms are dirty. No kitchen. No drinking water, even no glasses in rooms or in hotel. No Wi-Fi. On TV free chennnals are available. Place is in very far from main road after passing many streets. Boys and girls came rent a room for few hours. Horrible to stay there.
We reached here in the middle of the night about 11:30pm after a long flight to check-in, had informed the hotel about our late check in too. Arrived at the guest house, too the receptionist 25 mins to come to the gate only to tell us that the hotel is under renovation while the Oyo was fully running as we could see it lit up. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend this please! Dosent deserve the 1 star too
Not recommending. Only at a good location, near to Main Road and hotel is cheaper. Other than these, not worthy for a booking. Filthy, Stinky, strained bed sheets, towels, and blankets. Rooms are not maintained, not serviced. You'll hate to touch, sit, sleep on those. If found no options just for a night stay. Then can be adjusted. Else it is worse than a cheap lodge experience... Not recommended.
I had made the payment before reaching the hotel. But after reaching they asked me to pay more saying actual price of room is incorrect in Oyo app! It was very disappointing. Please refund my money.
Problem is same with the booking (staff) they deny check in at the prise booked. But on the other hand customer sevice were active and they talked to manager and told me to wait and i was allowed checkin.

I am very much disappointed with this hotel of oyo....worst room condition...very unprofessional....not hygienic....do not come to this hotel after seeing less price in oyo app bcoz after u entered into hotel they charge double price from you.... customer care of oyo managed everything in phone call conversation and I m not giving extra money and stay here...bad experience...not suitable for family....
