Firstly the hotel is very far from the temple and Ganga ghat. Secondly this hotel does not have its own restaurant, food is brought from elsewhere and the food ordered is never available. If you need to turn on your AC or geyser, then call the reception and ask to turn it on. AC keeps leaking water. AC does not work properly. Rooms are very small. The common area is very dirty and very smelly. I asked for drinking water and the water I was given was filled with mosquito larvae. I will never recommend this hotel.Don't waste your money in this hotel.
Please avoid staying here. They Don't have anything to offer, location is 15-20 mins walk but that depends on traffic. Else nothing is maintained in the property. You've to give them 1 hour prior notice to provide food or basic services.
Booked 5 days in advance, checkin time was 12pm, reached 12.15pm on time and got to hear that no rooms are available. Instead they were saying its mistake by online websites that overbooking is done. Then they told our price is higher, and online websites give discounts so we dont get profit and we can pay the booking amount to you. Owner is very rude, and will put all the blame on you and will charge unncessarily for additional things like 3rd person in a room, or keeping luggage for few hrs after checkout, etc No lift avl. NO LUGGAGE STORAGE/ TELEPHONE EXTENSION / VALET PARKING etc as mentioned in the hotel description Even the location isnt that great. If you book online at 1500 and some person goes there and book offline for 2500, your room will be given to that peron and you will be asked to cancel booking stating no rooms available No reply on mails, and owner told that its customers mistake that he sent mail when he is not getting reply. His words were "aapko mail pe koi reply nhi aaya na, to service nahi milegi" Really pathetic experience If you want to ruin your trip on day 1 itself, kindly chose this hotel
Responsive staff, but badly managed. They shut down the AC until you ask them to switch on every time. Despite handing over keys, they don't clean up the room. They charge for extending the checkout time even for an hour despite staying for a week. Disappointing.

Worst hotel ever they gave us 3 non ac however i have booked ac rooms. Senior manager is very rude he dont know how to treat elder people. I suggest dont visit this hotel in your life.
