OYO Ryan Residency Near Aravali Biodiversity Park - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Third class third rated no toilets properly maintained no flush working .. century old AC not working .. overall never go better she'll out for diesel and sleep in car ... very arrogant staff it's not worth to be here .. biggest regret I couldn't able to spend beyond 2 hours we left and came to airport and sit instead

They are not reliable , we booked room online in less price and once we reached there they charged us high price and if we said that we got less amount online then they replied that's not their problem we have to talk with oyo customer care. !! Very bad experience, please don't visit never ever!!!

Please dont go to this hotel Because we facing big cheating from hotel team on last day We booked the hotel through oyo application and payment also done through oyo app around 600 somthing. After we reach at hotel around 1am the hotel staff and owner also ask 1500 rs more than oyo amount for room They tell they doesnt have a room they only give room for 2100rs . After we call oyo team so many times and they can arrange a another hotel So don't go to this hotel Complete fraud staff and owner also

The most horrible hotel ever from OYO group. The staff literally overcharges for everything. 160 rupees for half a slice of bread and jam. Too bloody overrated. They do not provide the mentioned items from the menu even after having paid them for it. They often forget what request was given to them. No water supply in the room for prolonged periods. Extremely stingy hotel.

1. Room was good and of better size. 2. Some facilities like hanger's in Almirah should be there. 3. Services was not good. When I reached in morning asked about Tea/Coffee they denied and was told that it depend on worker availiability. And once its available then only it can be possible. And they were not sure when worker would reached their hotel. And this scenerio happened near to 9 AM, so not so early. 4. Google maps point to wrong location, its abit diverted from original location and even there is no board over there which identify that's this is the hotel. It took almost half an hour after reached via maps to find the hotel. As peoples near to them dont aware of hotel. So please atleast have board out of hotel that will help your customer.

They didn't follow oyo online payment thsaid oyo is selling the rooms very less we need more tarrif . Pathetic room with broken light . It was horrible experience don't go there

Quality and hygiene are not at all maintained.... The rooms are smelling, mattresses are broken, washrooms are dirty... Flush doesn't work at all

"Me and my friend going this residency daily morning and evning I just want share some quik feedback thet there is no dought this place is very nice to stay with budget. Staff is friendly and very coprative oyo team food is also good I am sure everyone can make thr stay happy with Ryan Residency..!!!
