OYO Royal Stay Near Shilparamam - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Sheer disappointment, last night we checked in to the hotel around 8:00 pm, though the booking was done well in advance the room was not ready. We had to wait for 30 mins after completing the formalities. Finally when we reached the room, it was unclean the television had no cable connection and inspite of promising clean toileteries, the towels were dirty. As a hotel the most important component of their business is the service which was definitely unwelcoming. The manager was rude and incorporative. A suggestion to the management of this hotel: please showcase humanity and responsibility towards the customers. Thank you.

Good size rooms, hot water, TV, AC. Towels, soap, shampoo and 2 litres of water are provided. There is a lift inside and rooftop also. Walls in my room were a bit dirty though. Friendly staff.

I am soo happy with the stay. Accenture provide me a very good hotel for stay. Staffs are very good and polite. Breakfast was very good and there service was awesome. They use to treat the customers with respectable manner. Everyday they use to do room cleaning. I recommend this for others who wants to stay near to hitech city.

I stayed here for 4 days and the staff here is friendly and accommodative, AC issues remain unaddressed even until I checked out. Well the basic amenities like free tolitery kit is not given, a single towel for 2 guests. You need to tell them to change sheets. The veg thali is preferable for those who cannot tolerate the Hyderabad spice levels. They provide quiet a good meal at night for a basic cost with roti, dal, gravy, rice and curd - "Ghar ka Khana types".

Never book this hotel. They are having most bad rooms. Ac does not work. Neither TV works. Toilets are not clean. Dont waste money in these hotels. Food is very bad. lift is not working and they are having four floors.

The hotel's location is great.Proximity to major companies and in orbit mall. Rooms were spacious. Staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Daily room cleaning was excellent.The best is there Price and Customer service.

The area and locality is decent. However, the establishment is not that great. Staff is OK; neither good nor bad. For someone staying for a day or two in terms of work or other business can use this place. Otherwise not a place for casual stay.

cleanliness is at rock bottom. they do not have a vaccum cleaner for cleaning carpets instead they use a broom to clean carpets.disgusting!!! Anybody checks ladies room with the duplicate key. Not safe for ladies to stay for a long duration. Hope accenture finds some safe place to make their ladies stay in hyderabad. The staff uses wrong words on ladies loudly. I have no choice but to stay since accenture cannot provide any other accomodation.
