Location is perfect on the Road and easily accessible. Room is sufficiently large. TV provided is so small.... not even the size of computer monitor Though room is clean, many cockroaches... crawling everywhere. Management shall think of doing pest control. Due to the cockroaches only, rating is reduced. Washroom is clean. Open Car parking.

I'm staying more than 30days (Three-time yearly )for my official work. The hotel is neat and clean and cheap & best hotel in nearby duvvuda 1. The daily cleaning process and 24 Hours support. 2. High-speed internet available. 3.Television with DTH connection 4.AC room and non-ac rooms are available and Landry is also available. Rate Non Ac - Rs 1000(double bed with all facilities) Ac - Rs 1200 (double bed with all facilities)

Well if someone is looking for a place to stay which is economical and still comfortable, well maintained and with facilities like free breakfast (which is quite ok), with AC, TV and geyser then Royal Residential should be the choice. They don't have their own restaurant. They take your breakfast{only south indian available} order and deliver to your room. Tea shop and food court are located near by. They don't clean the room on daily basis . May be they will if you request. So better keep your room clean. Property is located around 1km from Durvasa Rly Station and 10 k. from Airport. RTC complex is 20 kms away

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The service and value was at a level one would not expect for the low price. Management clearly works hard and maintains an excellent property. Every request I had was met and the room was exceptionally clean.

If somebody is looking at a property comfortable, well maintained, free breakfast, with AC, geyser, room service & yet economical, royal residency lodge suits the above needs. Parking facility is not available. O e needs to park in the small lane the property is situated. The property is situated 1km from duvvada railway station,10 km from airport and 20 km from RTC complex.

Royal Residential lodge is near to 5km from Gajuwaka junction as well as 0.5 km from Duvvada railway station. Hotel is located exactly good location & A/C rooms & Wifi . Support from hotel desk & i strongly recommend for all. Especially for works in Vizag steel plant ,This hotel is good experience of who are the coming for Steel plant .

Accommodation is spacious and it is value for money. Location was good as per my requirements. Regular maintenance fixes, like leaking taps and so on needs to be improved.
