OYO Royal Residency Near Hare Krishna Hill - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Tv was asked they said they will come and switch on but didn't turn up. through oyo it had charged 563 but the hotel receptionist took 600/-

Hotel staff behaviour was good but bedsheets and beds were not clean, very dirty bathroom I think they didn't wash them in recent times and given towel also we can't use that much dirty

They charged extra 200/- rs from me.. Very poor service

Experience was not great Rooms were not clean Lift was not working

Those who are reading this review. It's a caution for you. Had it been negative star this hotel deserve that. The Condition of room is worst. No water in washroom. Bed room are dirty. Bed sheet and towel is so dirty. Also after booking through online, the hotel denied to check-in since they were telling for that the rates have increased. Hence we were forced to pay more.

Really bad place, poorly maintained, the staff gets drunk and tries to enter rooms, the food in the restaurant is pitiful to say the least. The bed covers and blankets have stains on them, the tv does not work at all. I can't believe Oyo would tie up with such a pathetic hotel. The bidet is in such a despicable condition that it needs to be sent to some chemical lab to make it thoroughly hygienic and possible to use again. Dunno the need of a bright blue night light when the air condition's 4 bright colourful lights keeps one up all night. The lavatory creates a nice whirlpool but it's just visual effects only. What's supposed to be flushed continues to float in bliss. And to top it all, despite the numerous bad reviews received this place does nothing to improve. Don't even think of staying here.

I manage to book the Diamond Paradise hotel which which was very far from my actual destination as the price was comparably cheaper. I booked the hotel for two adults, but I wanted to add an extra adult to the same room. the hotel guy offered me an extra bed for a cheaper price with breakfast. we checked in and found out that the hotel room was not clean. there was a bad smell in the room, untidy pillows and towels. We requested 4 times in the night to get an extra pillow. And also the male receptionist's behaviour was not good. Their responses are very bad too. bad experience from the hotel . Thanks.

Don't go there . It's a LODGE not an hotel. Totally wrecked place. Very frequent power cuts, no backup. Water supply cut every morning just when you're getting ready. Worst food. And the service you can't comment on cause there is not any. No cleaning for straight 5 days, no towel bedsheet pillow change, no oyo kit provided nothing. That's the worst place I've ever been. Oyo should shut it down.
