Nice hotel for person who is visiting mangalore for official purpose and want to spend less amount for accommodation. No restaurant is in the hotel bit you can do swiggy or zomato and some small hotels are also there nearby. One of the best hotel for person who is visiting CO Annex building of union bank of India , Mangaluru police head quarters etc.
Decent hotel for stay in close proximity to service bus station and railway station.. the room and bathroom was clean.. but I felt that the bedsheet and pillow cover weren't replaced.. and they gave me a family accommodation (ie 2 duplex rooms attached with a door in between) due to non availability of rooms even after booking prior.. and since another family stayed on the other portions had a disturbed sleep due to noise behind the door..
Oyo mentioned there are all amenities and when I reached the hotel room. Turned on the tv and noticed that there were no channels. I called the receptionist and said there are no channels popping. He said that as promised that there is TV in the room, working and not working is not our concern. I laughed on his face and people, check reviews, don't waste money
This OYO executive AC lodge is near to Railway Station as well as almost in the middle of the city.The rooms of this lodge are more or less spacious, neat and clean. As shown by them in their page many amenities like Wi-Fi, Parking, Air-conditioned rooms etc, but all these are worth nothing. I have been alloted Room No. 501, where AC was too much noisy, no signals of wi-fi. Only item provided by them was small medimix soap bar and a litre water bottle. Even small toothpaste was not provided by them. That's for today's booking. Staff of the lodge is completely unprofessional shows sign of any hospitality.
All is awesome, very good hotel. Been my favorite during mangalore visit ever. Btw I don't take the breakfast here so I don't score at that point. Besides, mangalore is rich for fascinating breakfast, don't have to worry about it.
Don't trust these people.. i have booked through oyo and made full payment online but when I reached the hotel , they saying that 'oyo have not payed there amount for past 2months ' . So we cannot provide the room .. then they made me to pay the same amount by cash (i don't have any other option, it was late night with my family). And the most irritating part is the receptionist .. he is very rude and not at all polite.
