The reception was very poor. They don't know nothing about online booking. Though owner was so much cooperative and was a good person. I am giving 3 stars only because of him. Other wise room were mess, service was clumsy, food was over priced. But the surrounding was so calm and so the hotel. Need some updates. 1. A tech-savvy who can guide and handle online bookings and clients. 2. Proper room service, cleaning. 3. Food was not that much high in quality as were the rates. 4. Staff should learn some manners of talking to the guests and should not waste their time. Politeness is the key and Speciality is the torque in the business of Hotel and Hospitality. Keep it up.. Good hotel, nice location and friendly staff. We arrive around 5am in morning and one the staff let us do the check in at this time was really kind and really helpful, thank you again !

Kindly note that this guest house is not worth for anything. I faced very bad experience with this guest house. It has very bad passage area. In most of the rooms people spitted on walls and it was so ridiculous to watch and also it has very small rooms with attached small toilet bathroom. They provide very bad service and owner was always arguing for everything. When I was talking with owner for remaining payment on day of checkin she shouted on me and said : "Go to another hotel I don't care if you're not doing your payment today". There is no 24/7 service like hot water or we can say there is no water in tap until you call service boy. I suggest you not to go for this hotel if you are planning to come for jodhpur. I have provided room pictures i request you watch other reviews also I have provided my genuine review it is not fake.

The guys were nice and the room although old, was nice enough. I thought they could do a better job of keeping the rooftop restaurant area cleaner. The tables were a bit grubby and dishes stayed on the table for a few hours after the guests finished their breakfast. The walls are pretty thin so its not the quietest place. Sometimes the staff plays loud music or the Indian guests will keep their doors open and play their music loud as well.

Very bad place to stay, very rude behavior of staff. The lady owner has no sense of talking, rudest person I've ever met in my life. The hotel is situated in a narrow alley and that alley is always wet with drainage water. No car parking, unhygienic room and washroom, and their blanket is so small in size only one person can use.

Great place! Clean and nice rooms. The rooftop is just wonderfull, you have an amazing view of the fort and the city is at your feet. We had really good times for breakfast and dinner, also the food is do good! The staff is super nice, they helped us a lot!!

The most horrible stay I've ever booked during a trip. I'm usually very cautious and do a lot of research before booking any stays during my travels and the only reason we booked this place as a last minute option was to have a place to keep our luggage and get ready as we were only staying the day in Jodhpur and leaving by night. The rooms were bad, the corridors smelled bad, the beds were dirty, the rooms didn't have proper doors with locks on them, the bathrooms were small and seemed dirty as well. The person in charge of this place didn't seem keen on helping us out either. All we wanted was to get out this place as quickly as we possibly could. As a person who takes great care in such things, I highly recommend you not book this stay. The only redeeming quality might have been the view of the Mehrangarh fort from the rooftop of the hotel.

The room was not good in terms of comfort, facilities and ventilation. The room was completely dark. Inspite of booking in advance and paying booking amount as insisted by the receptionist, there was no room reserved and was told that there room cannot be changed as there are no rooms vacant and we need to adjust. The bathroom was terrible with no proper taps and flush. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty. Zero professionalism. It is a total waste of money as the rooms are worth 500 Rs only or even less than that. The charge on par with decent hotel rates but with no facilities in return...
