First of all no proper parking, entrance is very bad. Lift is small and on rocket mode. As it is an old building major drawback in cleanliness and some rooms are with window ac. Bathroom fittings are very old. Would not prefer unless no other option.
The location of hotel is great. The rooms are not good. If booking through OYO, please do match the images before check in to the room. Staffs just fine, with bihari flavour in cushions.
OYO 15715 Royal AR RESIDENCY, Fraser Road Patna Refused Check-in for pre-paid guests booked from 13-Aug-16-Aug 2019 unless pre-paid amount be paid once again in CASH! Spoke with the owner who was totally rude and outright obnoxious - Said "I am so & so, Do whatever you wish, but my hotel will check-in only after you pay in cash the pre-paid amount" **This hotel should not be allowed to operate**
Behavior of staff good... I booked two room ,one is good and other is not so good... But its okay to stay for a night.
