One of the worst experience in this hotel don't book rooms in this hotel tooo much of cockroachs and mouse in room and reciption guy all so too much of attitude he don't know how to treat customer all so room condition was really worst

The worst experience I ever had,the staffs were so rude and there was no water in the room, no towels, no phone to call,,, the room was not at all clean... Rahul from reception was very rude as if he owns the hotel. Everything need to be changed.

"Zero" 0 Rating - not preferred First of all fraud staff. They get all your details and call you before arriving to hotel and ask for balance payment. If u pay them then u gone. They told we dint call. They tell the exact amount balance and steal money from you. And ask for balance payment twice. Complete fraud Room cleaning is not there. Worst staff. No proper response and arrogant . We have lost 6000 . Don't pay before u arrive to hotel. For room clean also they demand money. Small rooms only 2 peopl can stay , for extra bed they charge but they give only blanket no extra beds. 3rd person can sleep only on floor

Jhon uncle behaviour awesome. Safety not a issue. Open all night. nonveg food available in hotel, vegetarian food not available but 100 miter walking distance get testy vegetarian food. All beaches are near from this hotel. Not crowded peaceful and relaxing environment here I love to stay on my future Goa trip. All hotel renovated just one month ago.

Very decent rooms not too bad good for the price......Staff is friendly go for it if you're low on budget it's budget friendly

The location of this place is good and it's close to Calangute beach with necessary amenities around . However the rooms are too small with no wardrobe to keep clothes .There is no wall mounted AC in AC rooms instead they provide floor standing AC . Also there is no proper arrangement of hot water .

Best place for a budget stay. Very polite and staff. Uncle john who manages this property is very polite and genuine person. Very good location. Had awesome time with my friends
