My stay here was short but great. I had no issues in booking the room through OYO app. You don't get to book the room number specifically so the room can look diff from what is shown in the pictures on the app. This is a guesthouse which has been under OYO. The guesthouse is couple friendly and you do have room service for food and drinks. Hard liquor is not available in the premises. The hotel's location is somewhat away from Shopping complexes so you may have to walk for it. They do not take local ID's. Only from other cities or countries. The room was not that great in terms of cleanliness. The bedsheets seemed to have been reused. But they did smell like new laundered one. The bathroom had soap and shampoo and towels. I am giving 4 stars just for the service and good behavior of the staff. Otherwise it would have been 3.
I highly recommend this for solo travellers as well as families. The staff is incredibly kind and generous. Friday traffic can get super hectic around the property due to the prayer at the mosque that's right in front of the guest house. But I don't mind that traffic as it's only for a few hours. There is no better place in that budget and feels like home.
Very rude staff. The manager refused to check us in as he did not agree to the rate we got online. He asked us to talk to customer care and transfer to another hotel. We were transferred to a nearby property which was probably inferior but more accommodating.
If you book it through OYO then during check-in, property manager will say that he is not able to provide you room because of low tariff issue and then you need to call to OYO customer care and waste another hour and then OYO will fix the issue. Services of this hotel is not hassle free so avoid to book this hotel.

The toilet bathroom doesnt Worked in my room . If you want a Chai they charge you huge prices . And it smeels in the room. Never again . The price was cheap. Therefore 2 Stars
