OYO Roland Inn - Hotel in Khasmallik - 24 Paraganas South, India

It was a very pleasant stay for 3 nights in a place that's peaceful and tranquil. Found it to be conveniently located to my needs while I was in Kolkata. Great food and ambience. Nothing too much of a trouble for staff. Could just do with some sound proofing of rooms to minimise noise as it's on a busy road. Otherwise nothing really to complain about. Very helpful and professional staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to help with a smile. Owner himself ( who is very jovial) directly looks after the business to make sure each aspect of quality control is taken care of in this small and cozy boutique hotel.

Food quality very bad I had vommited after eating

Nice place..Good food. specially Chinese food are best.Biriyani and all are average but the best thing is soup.Any type of soup here are best eventually price range are also medium.Location is very good.it is actually on the e.m bypass near gobindapur potor more.And similarly parking is also available here.If you want to book room u could come here or else OYO & other online room booking facilities ate also available.

Location is best, food in restaurant is awesome, parking free, and 24hrs crowd here to enjoy. Road is good so you can drive fast, easy to time expend with your dear one.

Nice behaviour of the staffs clean rooms

This is a nice hotel. Communication is good. From Baruipur jn , you will catch toto or auto to go to khasmllick and then a walking distance of smriti mahal i.e. hotel ronald inn across the ganga canal. For given exam in gargi memorial it is so good hotel for stay a night or more.

You won't get a peaceful sleep at night because all of their rooms is near the roads and vehicle keep honning and grinding on the roads 24 hour, windows are so poorly designed that it cant even give a little resistance to the noise coming inside, room is clean but stinky bedsheets and fouling blankets will ruin your mood, food prices are high , no thali system available, room charges are high considering the location.

Let me write the cons first: 1. Limited breakfast.. i.e. even if you are ready to pay for additional items they will not serve. 2. Worst room service.. they will reach you 1 hr after you call. 3. Attitude of available staff is not good towards guest with family. 4.Power backup is not for AC.
