I love hotels! I've been coming here for a few years now and I always feel so welcomed and at home. The staff is always helpful, the rooms are always clean, the location is perfect and the food is amazing. The best thing about this place though is that they constantly manage all their staff to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We were lucky to be able to stay in this hotel for our vacation. Not only was the hotel clean, but we felt very safe and welcomed. The food quality of the hotel was very good The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. The hotel location is very good near INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK. We can't wait to come back again

The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and everything functioned as it should. It's not a five-star hotel but it will do for what I needed in terms of a place. It's 5mimuts from the metro station and is situated in a convenient area.
poor, pathetic service. nowadays they're doing scam by not giving you room in same hotel instead they sent us to nearby hotel with 200/- extra Hotel Thirty is it's name. That room was occupied by someone else they gave us the same room, didn't even cleaned it. I went there only because I had already paid in advance. please don't go, it's a genuine request. The worst experience one could have. 1. Firstly the rooms were not at all the way as shown on the website, they were stinking without any amenities. No tower, no soap, not even a bedsheet. 2. The receptionist was the most shady part of the this oyo. And at the time of checkout he asked to see my phone to check the reservation on the Oyo App - just while he was using my phone I realised that instead he was trying to give a rating to the property on my behalf. I had to forcibly take my phone back and run as the guy was adamant to give the rating from my phone. It was just the worst experience one could ever have
DTH was not functional. Geyser wasn't working. Food Service is Pathetic. Toiletries were not properly provided. Sealed Water bottles were not available. When i extened by booking, the property manager did not accepted the price showing in OYO App and took around 1000/- Rs extra.
