OYO Rithus Residency - Hotel in Singanallur, Neelikonampalayam - Coimbatore, India

The hotel is new (~1 year old), clean and well maintained. You may need to spend 5 min for check in formalities. Dedicated covered car parking is available. The staff was good. The location was decent without traffic noise. Advice to management to keep some water bottles, soap etc, which was not available. Better to carry yourself. Overall felt better than other 3 star hotels.

Booked room for stay through OYO app with family for a night and had a horrible experience.At the time of booking itself I have paid complete room tariff through online payment but still they are asking me to pay RS 1000 during check in time otherwise they won't allow us to stay there it seems .Then I made the chat with OYO executive manager Mr.Rihan who helped me in sorting out the problem thanks Mr rihan.such a poor hospitality from the rithus residency,not recommended for booking through online platform. Rooms are neat and clean but overall not satisfactory

Bad service, 0 quality, Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Its used for brothel, condoms everywhere, whenever we questioned the quality / service, the reply was "do whatever you want, make complaint any where, we don't care." There is no 0 STARS, so giving 1 STAR. I booked this for my aged parents, as its close to the hospital were they went for a 1 week treatment. I stayed with them on the last day, and it was very pathetic experience. They charged for A/C room, where the A/C have compressor failure, and never worked in all 5 days. When asked for a washed bedsheet (Yes, they just pick the bedsheet, pillow covers from next room, which just got vacated). They didn't provided a door mat or bathroom door mat. When asked they given a mat, which was from next room, that someone vomitted on that mat, after an argument, they finally provided even worst bathroom mat. To the worse, my car engine had a problem, and couldn't get enough time to talk to customer care or escalate during my stay. No bath towel provided, again after a heated argument, they given 1 bath towel, that too was used already!! - Refused. When asked for extra bed, they said no beds or mattress will be provided for additional guests. they provided a bad smelling quilt without a cover. I just refused and used my towel and cloths and slept on the floor, they didn't gave extra pillow as well. After all these, They charged Rs. 800 for two night extra stay for single person, but didn't gave a bill. Here are the major issues i faced; 1. AC was not working, all 5 days. They said compressor failure and they refused to change the room. 2. Toilet flush was not working, I used bucket to pour water every time after using it 3. Provided soiled, used bedsheets, pillow covers, bath towels, bathroom Matt was not washed for ages. 4. Bathroom is slippery, with electric wires exposed on the floor, felt really scared using bathroom. Some pipe was left on the floor, very awkward. 5. Entered the room on day 1 and found cigarette buds in all corners, room was smelling very bad, not cleaned at all. There were left over condom packets. Moreover they talked without any respect, whenever we questioned the quality / service, the reply was "do whatever you want, make complaint any where, we don't care." I think many Oyo hotels are cheating customers nowadays.

The building looks nice from outside, but inside not good as compare to outside structure. In reception no 1 will be available.. If we called no 1 pick in the reception.. If the old guest check out and new guest entered to same room, they won't change the bedsheets blankets pillow cover at all.. Same think will managed..

Very spacious room, clean and large bath + large wardrobes. budget friendly. Totally worth the money. there is no in house hotel nor any restaurants nearby. Even though the room is air conditioned there were too many mosquitoes. do carry mosquito repellents. located in a residential neighborhood away from city centre.

A good infrastructure, I think it was newly opened, room was neat and cleaned but the bed cloth is looking like a saree , so advice to the management change the cloth of the bed,otherwise staff behavior is not bad, silent area, No noice, room water heater working well ,And AC too good keep it up

Really nice environment, kind good guiding saffa without earlier information we reached hotel at 9 am receptionist immediately arranged room waited only 10min. Rooms are clean and neat.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERR Paid the whole amount online. The hotel guy asks for extra money and doesn't let us in. Wasting our time and effort. Very RUDE hospitality. Oyo booking is UTTER USELESS. The hotel guy doesn't co-operate even after connecting with OYO customer support. DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR
