Location is at a very difficult place. Poor parking facilities. #201, spacious room, and good air conditioner, king size bed. But bathroom wash basin tap not working. Pillow cover is not clean. Lot of scope for improvement..
Not good hotel as per their charges....they even ask charges for even water bottle, too. Which should be included in the hotel bill. Also they not giving Bill and the furniture of room is not such a good which a 3 star hotel should have.
Not good service and not hold oyo team I delay 2.30 hours for check in not humanly service no water also but oyo assistant resolve problem properly. Do not book hotel and pay on line hotel management non co operating customers so it's request not to book.
Very very bad experience, I booked room in make my trip, but after reaching here hotel management said that they can't give room at this price, they asked to cancel the booking or to call customer care
I placed a booking through oyo rooms for special price on 6/08/2019. Once I reached the hotel, the hotel reception refuse to give room for oyo confirmed price, they were adamant and said speak to oyo we cannot give rooms. It wasn't just me there were others who ever sent back.
Totally blullshit the reception person we mad a booking from online he denied our booking asked us to call the customer care to make a booking totally Weaste of time and money pls don't book here the are not nice to handle the customer.

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
