OYO Red Velvet Siddhi Vinayak Near Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

1) I didn't opt for Breakfast while booking but it was reflecting on my booking. God knows how? 2) the Property manager denied to provide me Breakfast said it's not included in the package. 3 ) After several Complaints the owner of the property agreed to provide Breakfast but after 11 am. 4 ) firstly who takes Breakfast after 11 am ? Secondly , I was on an official trip and my reporting time to the office was 9 am. Finally I end up Checking out without Breakfast and it's complete WASTE of my hard earned money for no reason.

It's OYO worst service property. Rooms are dirty. Spider around the room. No AC when you book in the OYO it'll be the show you AC another 20 amineties when reach this property that they will tell this much low money you'll not get AC and all we'll give non AC. After they will tell cencel the booking. It's like rowdyism. Totally come to know that don't believe the OYO. Come to property see by your eyes and book if your comfortable. Don't book with any third party app like OYO. That's all, they are third class only ... Very bad response from the OYO costumer care also. Decided to complaint to the cosumer.

They will ask for extra money, don't go if you are not willing to spend 1000 or more for a below average hotel

Should avoid. stained bedsheets. Had to call Room Service thrice to take good orders. No floor mat unable to turn on the TV. Waited 20 kind to find room key cockroachs all over the floor. It's all an Oyo room is about, service is dismissaly abysmal at best.

The manager did not give me the room because of the money I paid. I had booked but he was asking for much more money.

Bed sheet towel everything was not clean , now no shampoo no soap provided I know budget issue better to mention in description no service will be provided during stay so we can buy from outside

Hotel staffs behavior is good but hotel is very bad. I booked through OYO app for that reason they provide me very bad room. Room smeels bad, every incest are there. Ex- cockroaches, spider, lizard everything. And location are too far from any metro/railway station
