OYO Red Horse Near Aravali Biodiversity Park - Hotel in Gurugram, Shahpur - Gurugram, India

Best one experience. 1. Room were clean and luxurious. 2. Staff was friendly 3. In hotel food available ( but little costlier ), also food delivery restricted. But i asked to staff and they allowed me for once. 4. 650-800m from nearest metro station. I.e. walking distance.

It's a decent room. Staff is warm. But property doesn't give all the toiletries... Like no toothpaste. And no water heater or basic tea/coffee sachets in room. No first aid. Like in case you fall sick (like me) you are expected to go and get your own tablets. Apart from this the ambience is good. THERE'S NO POOL as shown on Google.

This hotel staff is little bit rude and they are not wanted to help in repairing thier own property stuff. Also, if you taking breakfast by selecting breakfast option in OYO, you are wasting money as the quality and taste of the food offered in breakfast is so pathetic and feels like they just did a formality. Overall you will get the normal room that's it and with poor toiletry things and non working flush and no hot water supply plus bonus insects in bathroom and room.

Went to the hotel a couple of days ago, but didn't book the room as only 1 room was available. Have stayed in this hotel on dozen of occasions. The staff is cooperative, location is great and rooms and bathrooms are always clean. Once or twice there were issues with aircon or mini fridge, but nothing serious that could not be handled by the staff. Food is good however limited variety is available. Though you have plenty of food outlets nearby to order from. All in all a good place to stay for your night outs after clubbing in gurgaon.

The rooms are exquisitely built. No complains in the interiors at all. And for these cheap rates it's a steal. Wifi was fast too. Located walking distance from Sikanderpur Metro. Even their bathroom has a fan. Which is so convenient haha.

At morning duty stuffs behaviour were good but it's not applicable for night stuffs they were very rude. My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel's foods were also good. Bt one thing was disappointed me that my bathroom's lock was broken.

The room was awesome very clean and well mannered .Ordered veg spring Roll and paneer tikka. Both were quite ok, paneer tikka was still better than the Spring Roll. For the price of theSpring roll, I had expected more from it. thnak u Hoi Food for the great service...
