Worst hotel experience ever. The Room was hot like an oven because of large glass windows, untidy, broken floor, dirty and urine smelling bathroom. Rude and unfriendly staff, unwilling to solve issues and lastly the food, it was bad, smelling of used oil. Will never visit again.
Food was ok ok but the staff was rude and is really unwilling to solve problems and don't accept their mistakes...
Seriously the staff behaviour awful First of all we ordered 4 plates of chicken dehati And they gave us only 3 and started arguing with us that they gave us 4 plates and then we demanded to check cctv , they said ( they forgot password) highly disappointed..
Very bad service , and rudely behaving waiters, well i wasnt expecting this from such restaurants , highly disappointed...
No room cleaning service, rooms not bad. can include complimentary breakfast for this room price.
