Rooms are very dull and stinky. Most important management and staff is very rude. Worst experience
Poor room condition and service quality. Sometime they will start threatening and abusing you if you ask for any service. They will allocate you the worst possible room if you book online and then they will start abusing if you ask for better room. No service at all - even water bottle is chargeable (higher price). If you complain either they will start shouting at you or will ask you to leave despite full prepaid payment. Not recommended at all.
Worst experience with Oyo .do not visit inf you want to spoil your day then you can choose .manager is chutiya
Guys pls don't check this hotel, it's building which is going to collapse anytime. Don't get fooled seeing the photos in Oyo or Google. The room service is so rude and the location is shady.
The staff here is pathetic. They won't answer to your queries and are very rude.First of all they denied the check in due to low tariff paid by us on oyo app and talked rudely for the same.I didn't even feel like checking in after a conversation with the receptionist, especially the dumb lady there. 0 etiquettes and hospitality from staff's side. Would absolutely recommend to NOT GO THERE.
The staff was not willing to provide the room initially but gave a room by looking at my mom because we booked through oyo. Don't book through oyo rather contact them directly for rooms
