OYO Prithvi Inn - Hotel in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

The transport driver hired at Nagpur railway station, dropped me on the location set for Hotel Prithvi Inn as detination. At the drop point, the hotel could not be located. A call to the hotel was not picked up. With the luggage in hand, we roamed in the streets, asking people for direction. Incidentally, the call made to OYO also did not help. They just asked us to search around. When we arrived, nobody was at the counter. A call placed again was attented this time. The formalities for check-in were completed, and we were ushered to a room. We were standing all the time as we dared not sit on the couch because it had animal hair spread all over. We were completely shocked. The beds were not made, and the room was not clean. Upon our insistence, it was indifferently cleaned. The image on the website showed AC, but that doesn't work. Later, we understood that the iimage was put because OYO asked them to. In the bathroom, no hot water facility, plastic taps, and faded calcium deposited mug and bucket, stained tiles did not give a feel of hygenic washroom. The rooms were horrible, location difficult to find, and service was indifferent. All in all, OYO's claim for their team constantly working towards providing beautiful living spaces did not seem true, so much so that i black listed not only Hotel prithvi Inn (OYO 28720) but OYO itself. I will not look for stay options in OYO ever .

This is just an awful place. I reached at around 930 pm and i had paid for the full room via Oyo, and i had to more than what I had already paid just to be allowed in because...... apparently, rooms cannot be available at that price!!!! What kind of a response is that? Not to mention that the rooms have rats (who wake you at 3 am), literal centipedes living in cupboards which are sealed shut and walls literally peeling off. The bed was at least made, and i had to stay for only a night, so i was okay, but i HIGHLY do not suggest staying here. Plus, if you DO get a room, call ahead and ask if the room rates you paid are okay, and if it is ACTUALLY booked. HIGHLY not recommended.

Its a cheap lodge style hotel. We booked the entire capacity for our guest for 4 days. Now we are repenting. Compared to what it offers, they were taking exhorbitant charges. It was okay with us because of its proximity to our residence. All was well when we booked in May/June. When our guests arrived in November, we found that the rooms are stinking due to seepage in most of the rooms. The bathrooms in nearly all the rooms were hard to lock from inside. In some rooms, you can not lock it at all. The bucket & mug in the bathrooms are so bad that its hard to imagine using them for a bath. We preferred to purchase a bucket & mug on our own. Then they allow people to party their till late night. We had to continuesly request to stop the nuisance but it WENT ON TILL 2 AM. And the ultimate part, when the last guest was about to leave they locked the hotel main gate. As if the guest was at ransom. They wanted lot of false bills to be paid, which when confronted they reversed it. And till we finally settled the payment the luggage of the guest was locked in. We had booked three other hotels during the same event but the other two were very happy experiences. And when we look at the condition of rooms & treatment they gave to us & to our guest they were more than excellent. When we compare them with this hotel its like comparing heaven & hell. Very disappointed.

Never book this hotel , and in case you have to don't go with make my trip.They don't have tie up with MMT and will cahrge you extra when you arrive. It is one of the worst place to stay in Nagpur. It provides continous sound of flights taking off and landing to keep you off from a sound sleep. Besides it has worst facilities to provide a comfortable stay. The bedsheets are stained ..hairs all around, dirty damp rooms with unpleasant smell. Its just a couple cuddling place. [P.S. The owner there will tell you, its best of OYO facilities in Nagpur. And if you sit in reception for an hour, you will realize they are like hotels By Hour facility. ]

Bad experience with OYO 28720 Prithvi Inn. I checked-in in the midnight due to late flight. Asked for chilled water bottle their staff told me switch-on the AC in the room to get water chilled. Dirty bedsheet, dirty pillows and no blanket provided. TV was not working. Bathroom amenities were useless. No bath soap or handwash provided. No kitchen in the Oyo you can order food online if you want to eat anything, they will only provide you single plate and bowl. Overall worst experience and wastage of money. Please don't book this Oyo no matter this Oyo situated beside Nagpur Airport. You will get taxi from airport anytime you can book any Oyo in any place inside City but not this one.

Before stay I checked all reviews and I stayed there for 4 days. Owner is very strict about illegal activities and no check in without ID is their rule else owner is very helpful and polite.rooms are near and clean.terrace view is awesome and you can go there to relax and smoke. I saw couples sitting and enjoying there.good and friendly atmosphere.owner shared some of incidents of bad reviews and their unsual demands and behaviour.it was shocking. Still doing great thanks for this good experience.

Location was at the end of somewhere more than 10km from station, if ur booking from OYO app then pls don't book, once u reach there then they will cancel n charge extra as property owner price mismatch between Oyo and hotel. After long arguments i paid extra as there was no other option for me to search n book again for the same.

I had worst experience they were asking me for more money i had to be helpless to pay... Because at during check in wasn't able to fight with them.... Oyo customer care should contact me regrading this booking
