I had a terrible experience with this hotel. Not only did they charge me an extra fee upon arrival, but they also refused to let me check in unless I paid the additional amount. I had already paid the full amount online, so this was completely unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful and rude, refusing to listen to my concerns or provide any reasonable explanation for the extra fee. They seemed more interested in extorting more money out of me than providing a comfortable stay. To make matters worse, the hotel room was dirty, with stained sheets and a musty odor. The bathroom was filthy, with mold on the walls and a broken showerhead. I couldn't believe I was being charged extra for such terrible conditions. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is untrustworthy and the facilities are subpar. If you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, look elsewhere.

We 3 people (1 ladies) went there from Tripura. We booked 2 rooms from MMT costing 3k. When we arrived that hotel they were saying they could provide only one room. Another they would nt be able. . Later after talking for long time with MMT People they give us one bad horrible dirty room. As if anybody wants to stay there he/she have to pay 3k somewhat for one room.. As MMT like companies are booking rooms lesser than they charge they refuse to give room when anybody goes there for room after booking from MMT and all.. The receptionist is totally horrendous and threats roughly. Staffs are very bad rude. They charge 750 for extra matress and cover. They are not good people. They are fraud. They wont make ur stay hessel free.. Location is also so bad. Faltu hotel .. Dont go there if you want to make your stay peaceful.. They use to make people charge more.. Mmt Nd othr booking app should blacklist this hotel. That receptionist and manager is rude as well as staffs

rooms are good but cleanliness not maintained. actually it is 1 bhk apartment converted to hotel. so you will have hall kitchen bedroom and balcony in your room. breakfast service not available. location is internal from main road as it is residential area. on my first day of stay AC was not working and I could not open window because of mosquito problem.

it was only 2 ladies and it was 12 in the night horrible experience! the building was not to the road. so every time we wanted to order in, the swiggy guys would get confused no hot water in the evening but the manager of the property was very sweet so were the other staff spacious room.

The rooms are filthy, spider webs all over, restroom is full of black mould and it stinks. Moreover after making the booking in advance with Oyo the management demanded more money than what was already paid. We had to get in touch with Oyo after our long exhausting trip. Oyo is unreliable and this hotel is the worst. Worst experience with a hotel. You're better off staying at the railway station.

A good place in the heart of the city, Nungambakkam. Rooms are good but congested because of too much furniture. Can be improved very much. Reception area is gloomy. Wifi doesn't work properly.

Rooms are good. It is 1bhk apartment. For single or double occupancy it is good. Balcony is there but you will have view of other apartment at 15ft distance. Service is ok ok. Location is internal from main road. It is completely residential area. You have to remain dependent on online cab service. There's no restaurant or in-house kitchen in hotel. There's no breakfast service.

The room is good and the location is convenient, But the hotel staff will ask you for extra money during check-in. The reason they stated was Oyo is listing their hotel for a cheaper rate which is not working out for them. Since I had been traveling all day and wanted to take a rest and there is no other hotel nearby I was out of options and paid an additional payment of Rs. 886. I suggest it is better to check with the hotel for reservation confirmation before you come in and if they ask for extra money get in touch with Oyo customer support for a resolution. They won't allow you to check in without making the extra payment.
