Easy to locate from a distance, on the highway so anybody who is travelling, can stop here and stay. Ample amount of parking area. Apart from rooms, restaurant is also there with good tasty food. Overall service is good. They serve in restaurant and rooms both. Staff is humble and easy to go and helpful. Who is not staying here can come to have some food in restaurant as well.
Hard to recognize at first glance... Rooms are spacious... geyser not working in every room & not working before 8 am as per management... Staff is Friendly and cooperative. Bathrooms needs cleaning.... overall nice stay in this very budget.
This is a fake hotel. When arrived at hotel at 10.30 , the reception person denied on giving room and called oyo to double the cost of the room. Starting fighting with us and said even if you book from any online portal i will see to it you wont get the room On all online portal the charges were 500 rs / day and he demanded 1000rs per day offline for the room Be careful. This hotel is doing scam to get money offline. I asked him for owner number to disuss with him and also asked him his name but he denied giving any information. Not at all recommended. Plz be careful while booking via Oyo here especially during kartik. There are less rooms available as compared to what is shown in Oyo. Rooms were clean but geyser is not available in every room. Also u can eat food downstairs in the restro. People working here are friendly.
No Co-Ordination Between The Hotel Service Giant & The Resort Management! I Booked A Stay Of 4 Nights & 4 Days, With The Intent Of Exploring Vrindavan, Mathura & Adjoining Places Of Importance; Using The Very Own Options Provided By Oyo & Followed The Payment Procedure To The Dot. After Reaching The Hotel I Was Informed That The Hotel Management Shall Not Avail Me My Stay Because The Cost, 'Accoording To Them', Was Not Appropriate & I Had To Pay Extra. Regardless Of The Offer Which I Opted. The Customer Care Support From OYO At That Time Seemed Reliable But It Has Been 9 Days & May Be 5-7 Working Days, Yet I Have Not Received My Refund In Full.
Room are in excellent condition with helpful staff members It has a small garden to walk around and relax with ur near and dears. Although the oyo is on highway but u can experience the peace there personally found more convenient as vrindavan, mathura are around 5 km far away. The manager can guide u about the places to visit and the reasonable price for the vehicle to visit.
It's a local dhabha with rooms backside. Food is average. Bad smell in rooms and wash room. Not properly maintained. However rooms are spacious. Too much enquiries while check-in.
