One word - Looters Do not go to this place. The staff is very rude. You get much affordable and better rooms near by.

I came here with the booking confirmation from oyo,when I showed them they said they haven't received it, so I was forced to take the room in the high price as it was late nit.this is clear looting as I saw the Same experience reading all the reviews. Oyo is not good as before as they are not caring too much about their customers.

Absolutely horrible experience with this hotel. I booked a room at this hotel in Oyo. When I went there to check in, the hotel staff told me that my booking is invalid, and we have to pay more money to get a room there. The hotel staff are cheating the customers because Oyo offers rooms at cheaper rates. Try not to book rooms at this hotel, so that none of you go through the same nightmare I did.

Do not book this hotel. I had booked a room for around Rs and at the time of check-in, they told me I will have to pay Rs as they are not responsible for discount. I told them I booked but they said they have no idea as its managed by Oyo only.I finally agreed to pay providing they write it on their letterhead, but the guy at reception said concerned person is not there. Later he came, but asked for instead of After lots of talk and negotiation, agreed to pay , however he didnt write in letterhead saying they dont have one. The room is pretty neat and spacious, location is great, accessibility is pretty good too. However, the service is pretty poor. The reception guys are missing most of the time, lacks professionalism while interacting with customers.Receptionists didnt even turn up at 10am and had to call the mobile number at reception to inform them when I checked out. you must refund the additional amount I had to pay at the hotel and get this hotel suspended. in fact, I heard many people faced similar issues after booking Oyo managed hotels.

Worst place that I have ever booked a room. I have booked this hotel through oyo and during check in time they denied to enter. That idiots from hotel were telling it was sold out. And I am coming far a place. Please dont go for this worst and waste hotel. No proper behavior and bad customer handling.

The hotel is located behind an ebike showroom, the receptionist is friendly. The rooms were also clean but there was water spread on the corner of the room, the towels were not available in the room.

Zero star for this kind of smuggling. For getting an extra they trying to cancel the booking from oyo and wee need to pay extra cash to help desk. Very bad experience.

Manager asked extra payment of Rs. 450/- for comfort stay.. He told me to contact OYO customer care & I was compelled to call your customer support. One executive from your end told to pay the extra amount and he should refund it after check out. But till now i didnt received the refund. Lower amount r shown in your app and when we check in hotel peoples are asking more for comfort stay.. Its a bad trend from both end..
